Ron Walsh and Nick Walsh combined their passion and expertise in real estate and finance in 2013 and formed Global Senior Housing; a move prompted by the lack of new quality senior housing construction during the economic downturn to meet the demand of a growing senior population. Senior housing development and finance is our focus and we form strategic partnerships with regional operators to manage the marketing, lease-up and operations.
